広島の中学生が作った「平和の歌ねがい」を広め始めて9年、今では「ねがい」は2060番までの歌詞が増え、世界一長い歌として日本テレビの木曜スペシャルでも紹介されました。（２００７年１１月）その後、「ねがい」でつながった国ケニアに移住し、夫と有機農業をケニアの農民たちに広めています。2015年にこのプロジェクトを終了し、今三重でシンプルライフを始めています。

新型インフルエンザ患者の数がテレビを見るたびに倍加しています！症状はあまり重くなさそうですが、伝染力は脅威的ですね！神戸市は今少しゴーストタウン化しています。皆がマスクをしていて、少し異常です。 When I watch TV, the number of Swine Flu patients has become double! The symptom is not that bad but how infectious it is! Kobe is a little like a ghosttown. Almost all the people have masks! A school without students is a little bit like a ghost school, too  |

| 新型インフルエンザ！Swine Flu |
Finally swine flu is pandemic in Kobe! Yesterday, 2 high school boys were checked that they have it, and now more than 40 people are affected by swine flu in Kobe and Osaka. That high school is near my house and the second high school is near my school. So over 200 schools will be closed for a week in Kobe. Teachers have to go to school, though. Fortunately so far none of the patients died, and their symptom is just like a usual flu. Half of the people around here wear masks but masks are gone from any shops now. My family and I are OK. I really hope we can get over from this very soon. とうとう新型インフルエンザが神戸で発症しました！しかも私の家の近くです！学校は２２日まで休校となりました。今国内では神戸と大阪で４０人以上がかかっていて、２００以上の学校が休校になっています。 幸い今のところ死者は出ていません。家族や私も元気です。マスクが店頭から消えたのには驚いています。 |
