今日は久々のバンドのリハーサル
帰りに駅でミスドの屋外販売？が来ていて、
お腹もイイ感じにすいていたので、
ついつい誘惑にまけてゲットしてしまいました。
止まらぬ食欲、
夏に向けてのダイエットは
いつから始まるのだろうか


I went to big band rehearsal today
I found a shop, sold doughnuts, the nearest station on my way.
I got doughnuts and ate some after dinner.
It was good but I have to loose weight.
Because I've gained weight in these day.
